SMS help & support
Need help with With App text messages? SMS is used for verification, late check-in reminders, and missed check-in alerts after consent.
How SMS consent works
- Invite links are unique to a specific (user, contact) pair.
- The contact submits the form and then confirms by replying Y to a text message.
- We only send SMS alerts after the reply-Y confirmation is recorded.
- Consent activations and opt-outs are logged with timestamps and sources.
- If location sharing is enabled, alerts may include a map link.

SMS commands
- STOP — opt out of all With App messages.
- HELP — receive support info and a link to this page.
- START — opt back in after opting out.
- Y — confirm opt-in after an invite link.

- SMS alerts go only to contacts who have opted in.
