How we use it

  • Verify your account and confirm SMS consent.
  • Schedule reminders based on the time you set.
  • Send alerts only to contacts who have opted in when a check-in is missed.
  • Maintain compliance records for messaging consent and opt-outs.

What we do not do

  • Message your contacts without their explicit opt-in.

Control & deletion

  • You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
  • Contacts can opt out of alerts at any time and opt back in with START.
  • You can delete your account to remove contact lists and check-in history.
  • We may retain limited compliance records for messaging consent and opt-outs.
  • Vacation mode pauses reminders and auto-checks you in during your dates.
