These terms set expectations for how the With App check-in service is used.
Using the service
With App helps you send daily check-ins and optional alerts to the contacts you choose. It is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent medical or safety response.
Messaging consent
SMS alerts are optional and require consent. Contacts only receive SMS alerts after they opt in through an invite link tied to that specific contact and reply Y to confirm, and they can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact information, invite only people who have agreed to receive alerts, set your check-in time to reflect your routine, and keep notifications enabled so reminders can reach you.
Alerts to your contacts
If you miss a check-in, we send one alert per selected, opted-in contact. We also record consent activations and opt-outs with timestamps for compliance.
Changes and availability
We may update the service as we improve reminders, scheduling, or reliability. We will keep this page updated with material changes.
