Using the service

With App helps you send daily check-ins and optional alerts to the contacts you choose. It is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent medical or safety response.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information, set check-in times that reflect your routine, and keep your notifications enabled so reminders can reach you.

Alerts to your contacts

If you miss a check-in, we send one alert per selected contact. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to notify them.

Changes and availability

We may update the service as we improve reminders, scheduling, or reliability. We will keep this page updated with material changes.
