With App uses SMS only for account access, check-in reminders, and missed check-in alerts. This page explains how consent is collected and how to manage messaging preferences.
What you are opting into
- Account access and verification codes.
- Check-in reminders around the times you set.
- Missed check-in alerts sent to the contacts you select.
- No marketing or promotional messages.
How consent is collected
- You enter your phone number during signup.
- We send a one-time code to confirm you control the number.
- You confirm you want SMS reminders and alerts before they are enabled.
Message frequency
- Varies with your schedule; typically a few reminders per check-in time.
- Contacts receive at most one alert per missed check-in.
- Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out & help
- Reply STOP to opt out of all With App messages.
- Reply HELP for support information.
- Reply START to opt back in after opting out.
Privacy
- We use your number only for account access and check-in messaging.
